Fruit And Veggies For Your Beauty (Part I)

Tomato
Tomato have lots of vitamins and make your skin soft.
How? Mix the fresh tomato juice with the lime juice and glycerine (available in  drug store). Pour it in your hands and massage it like your washing your hands.

Cucumber
Cucumber juice contains astringent ingredients so good to be a face tonic for the oily skin facial.
As a facial tonic : grated cucumber to taste and strain. Apply liquid to the entire face with a clean cotton.
As a whitening : mix the grated cucumber (about half the fruit) with two tablespoons of cooked fresh milk. Put it on the face and neck.  Create a fresh mixture every two days if you use it everday.

Papaya
To shed skin cells that have died, you can take advantage of papaya. Use papaya that has been softened as a mask and leave it for 15 minutes. Papaya also when eaten can prevent wrinkles  on the skin. Because the substances in the papaya can rejuvenate collagen.

Melon and Watermelon
Melon juice and watermelon juice keep cool longer between the other fruits, and its good to compress for the sun-burn skins. Slice the pulp, and then wrapped it with gauze and put it on your face around 15 minutes. Wash your face with cold water.
