Fruit And Veggies For Your Beauty (Part II)

Arbei
the fruits that can calm the wind when eaten, also has a whitening ingredient for dull skin. When mixed with butter to soften to dry skin.
How? mix one teaspoon of butter that has been heated with fresh arbei juice to taste. Apply this mixture on face and leave it for half an hour. Wash your face using a mild soap, facial tonic pour halved arbeis, rub the inside of the of the fruit all over your face and leave overnight.

Sweet Orange
The juice and the oil contained in sweet orange peel is useful as a cleanser and tonic for normal or dry skin.
For cleaning : enter the orange peel in warm water, then prick-puncture orange peel with a knife edge. Let the orange peel in water overnight, and use to wash your face the next morning.
For tonic : a piece of cotton dipped in hot water, then squeeze. Squeeze a few drops of fresh lemon juice on a cotton, swab and dab over the face.

Pomegranate
While the pomegranate seeds when eaten can calm nerves, the skin (especially the white pomegranate) have other uses.
How? dried pomegranate skin, then after a dry finely ground and brewed with hot water. Then drink it.

Potato
Potato can make your tired eyes, refreshed and able to elliminate swelling in the eye.
How? seam potato, and then place it in a gauze and compress your eyes (the petals).
