Exercise
Of course many of you are consciously or unconsciously that exercise is one way to relieve stress. So do not neglect exercise program during the holidays. If you cannot do the exercise program regulary, at least you leave the house just by walk.
Spending Time Alone
Spend some quality time to you and yourself only. Either just reading a book for hours, or listening music, or just day-dreaming in your room alone about things you want to do next or something silly you want to do and relax, enjoy your moment alone.
Watch what your eating
Believe it or not, too much eat cholestrol food or too sugary and drinking too much alcohol, even caffein impact a stress because the body enjoying tasty food on vacation. Plan what you will eat before you get tempted.
